♡ WHOLE WHEAT CAKE WITH NUTS ♡

Hoy os voy a dar una receta súper fácil de un bizcocho integral con frutos secos, ñaaaam!
Today I'm going to give you a super easy recipe for a whole wheat cake with nuts, yuuuum!


Para 8 personas / for 8 people.
Ingredientes / ingredients:

- 220 gramos de harina integral
- 220 grams of whole wheat flour 

 - 2 tazas de azúcar moreno
- 2 cups of brown sugar








- 100 ml de leche
- 100 ml of milk 

 - 16 g de levadura (un sobre)
 - 16 grams of baking powder (one pack)







 - 4 cuacharadas de aceite de oliva
 - 4 tablespoons of olive oil

- 4 huevos
- 4 eggs 

 - 6 nueces picadas, 50 gramos de pistachos pelados y 3 cucharadas de pasas.
 - 6 chopped walnuts, 50 grams of peeled pistachios and 3 tablespoons of raisins.

¡Buenos días!
Hoy me he levantado bastante pronto, no tenía nada que hacer y me he decidido a empezar una rutina de ejercicios. El pilates está bastante de moda, por lo que he oído es un ejercicios muy sano, que va bien para la espalda y la respiración y me he dicho, ¿por qué no? Cassey Ho es una entrenadora que publica sus propios vídeos, me gusta mucho porque lo explica paso a paso para que no hagas ningún mal movimiento y te va animando durante todo el ejercicio, que ayuda un montón. Como es la primera vez me he decidido con un vídeo para principiantes y poco a poco ir aumentando de nivel.

Good morning! 
Today I've got up really early and I didn't know what to do so I've decided to start a new exercise routine. Pilates is the last fashion, and I've heard its a really healthy workout, its good to your back and breathing, and I thought... why not?! Cassey Ho is a trainer that publishes her own videos, I really like them because she explains everything step by step so you don't any wrong moves and she's encouraging during all the workout, which helps a lot. It's my first time doing pilates so I started with a beginners video and then slowly you can increase the level.

¡Hola holita a todos! Ya estoy de vuelta, bueno como deciros... ¡Turquía me ha encantado! La cultura es completamente diferente a la nuestra pero es muy interesante. Ya os contaré más sobre el viaje, tengo muchísimos posts planeados, os digo que tengo 1152 fotografías, así que dadme tiempo... :)  Por el momento os voy a hablar de música...

¡Mirad! Siempre me han gustado los vestidos y las faldas largas, pero nunca me había atrevido, quizás me veía muy bajita, no sé, pero por fin me he atrevido, mañana me voy de viaje a Turquía, así que he echo un par de conjuntos, que sean cómodos pero monos.

Look! I always liked long dresses and skirts, but I've never dared to buy them, maybe I saw myself too short, I don't know, but finally I dared! Tomorrow I'll go to Turkey, so I've made a couple outfits, that are comfortable but cute.

¡Hola! Lo prometido es deuda, así que os dejo unas cuentas fotografías que tomé en la playa, estuve en Tarifa (Cádiz).

¡Hola de nuevo! He estado unos días en la playa y me ha sido completamente imposible actualizar, ya estoy de vuelta, aunque solo sea por poco más de un día, pero no os preocupéis estoy haciendo fotos por un tubo, ¡no faltarán los posts! Estas fotos las tomé antes de irme, un domingo por la tarde por Madrid, estaba un poco vacía la calle, no sabéis que gustazo.

Sigo probando la cámara, el zoom, el enfoque y todos los modos, así que las fotos no son de las mejores, ¡pero yo sigo investigando!

Hi again! I've been away in the beach and it was completely impossible to post, I'm back now, well... just for a bit more than a day, but don't worry I'm taking hundreds of photos, I have so many posts planned! These photos were taken before my trip to the beach, it was a Sunday evening in Madrid, the street was a bit empty, which was great!

I'm still testing the camera, the zoom, the focus and all the modes, so the pictures aren't the best you could see, but I'm still researching!
